What is NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Brain Training?
Neurofeedback Brain Training is a gentle, non-invasive experience that supports your brain to do what it does best, reorganise and restore.
While you relax and listen to music, small sensors are placed on your scalp and read your brain's electrical activity in real time as you relax and listen to music. When your brain activity moves into an unhelpful pattern, a brief, subtle pause in the music acts as a gentle feedback signal. Your brain responds instinctively, recalibrating itself back toward a natural rhythm, without any conscious effort from you.
There is nothing you need to do. No diagnosis required. No electricity or stimulation is sent into the brain. Just a quiet, restorative session and a nervous system that leaves feeling different to when it arrived.
